There are some juices that make me yell Juice! Juice! Juice! all the way to the kitchen with excitement, and this apple, kiwi, grape juice is one of those juices…with good reason. Some juices are packed with veggies and greens and healthy goodness, this one is packed with tons of sweet fruit, and ergo tons of sugar. What I’m saying, is there are definitely healthier juice options, for example my morning green juice. But, as “they” say, balance is necessary in all things, so just like sometimes you drink the really healthy stuff, today it’s time to drink some of the really GOOD stuff. Not to say that those things are mutually exclusive, they just are for this specific juice example.
BTW, this juice isn’t really THAT bad for you. Kiwi has antioxidants up the wazoo, and I know I heard somewhere that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so that would mean you are guaranteed three doctor free days after you drink this juice with three apples stuffed into it. You can see the health facts at the bottom. I mean yes, there are 48 grams of sugar, but look at all those vitamins!

- 3 apples
- 2 kiwi
- a few handfuls of grapes

Luckily, none of this stuff get’s easily stuck in a juicer so juice in whatever order you like. Just remember to take the kiwi out of it’s skin, and when you fall in love with this juice and decide to make it every day, remember to thank me.
